The goal was to help this NGO organize a table tennis tournament for children. In addition to helping with the set-up, refereeing, and manning the slush machine, some of the volunteers also competed with the kids. There was so much enthusiasm that some members returned in December to do a crafting activity for the Advent season. For many years, Fundación MAPFRE has been supporting the work of Die ARCHE, which provides free meals in schools in Berlin. GermanyOur volunteers at the NGO Die ARCHE premises in Berlin. This aim of this initiative is to give young patients a differentiated place, so that they can share their concerns, worries, and so on with young people of similar ages for mutual support and friendship. During the visits, 10 volunteers, both from MAPFRE Seguros and MAWDY, were able to talk to and enjoy the company of some of these young people, who seemed very happy and eager to keep pushing forward.
