To do this, the world’s most urgent and complex challenges require solutions yet to be imagined. We create new paths for moving forward, which is why it is also essential to transform our CSR. Our program is structured in three dimensions–environmental, social and governance (ESG)–associated with a set of non-financial performance objectives. Our mission is to enable our customers, employees, and society as a whole, to live, work and develop in a sustainable way, in a safe and secure information space. In accordance with the United Nations Global Compact, among many others, the “S” in CSR includes social aspects that improve the quality of life of the workforce: flexible working hours, work-life balance, staff training, and gender equality measures, but also collaboration with educational and cultural projects, and NGOs. This criterion connects the company with people from different stakeholder groups, and we feel we have a responsibility to our employees, their families and society. All the actions enhance the social and work environment of our workers, foster a good atmosphere and enable the smooth development of the work. Feeling good is a necessity! We are a socially responsible company committed to people and society. We want to keep growing and promoting this aspect of our business. We have launched our Social Initiatives program, which is being very well received.
