En la triple frontera entre Brasil, Colombia y Per\u00fa, no hay muchos medios para luchar contra la pandemia\/strong> debido a la escasez de recursos y a la dificultad de acceso. La embarcaci\u00f3n de la I Misi\u00f3n Cient\u00edfica de Fiocruz\/strong> ha conseguido superar todos los obst\u00e1culos y remontar el r\u00edo desde Manaos hasta la ciudad de Tabatinga, Amazonas para ofrecer test de ant\u00edgenos a su poblaci\u00f3n\/strong>.\/p>\n

Para intentar frenar la expansi\u00f3n de los casos de COVID-19, m\u00e1s de 1.000 personas se han sometido a las pruebas de detecci\u00f3n\/strong> que se han realizado entre los d\u00edas 11 y 19 de agosto en distintas poblaciones amaz\u00f3nicas. En Tabatinga se han llevado a cabo m\u00e1s de 925 pruebas de ant\u00edgeno, pero la Misi\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n ha prestado servicio en distritos fronterizos de ciudades peruanas (197 muestras – swab) y colombianas (107 muestras \u2013 swab).\/p>\n

En el marco de este programa est\u00e1n previstas otras dos expediciones m\u00e1s, una a principios de octubre, con destino a S\u00e3o Gabriel da Cachoeira\/strong> (Amazonas) y otra expedici\u00f3n que tendr\u00e1 lugar en noviembre, en la Reserva Extractivista de Medio Pur\u00fas\/strong>.\/p>\n
