La empresa MJ Agroasesores\/strong>, pionera en la producci\u00f3n de hortalizas ecol\u00f3gicas\/strong>, es tambi\u00e9n innovadora en la gesti\u00f3n de sus recursos humanos. Su decisi\u00f3n de poner en marcha un proyecto para la inclusi\u00f3n laboral de personas con discapacidad intelectual\/strong> ha sido todo un \u00e9xito. Jose y Girres, dos trabajadores que se incorporaron a MJ en el marco de este proyecto y llevan ya meses formando parte de la plantilla de la empresa almeriense, son ya parte del equipo.\/p>\n
Desde su incorporaci\u00f3n ambos han encontrado compa\u00f1erismo, respeto, trabajo en equipo y un buen ambiente\/strong> en el que han podido demostrar todas sus capacidades.\/p>\n
La experiencia de Jose y Girres es un ejemplo de que es posible la empleabilidad de personas con discapacidad derivada de enfermedad mental. En la mayor\u00eda de los casos, necesitan solo que alguien les ofrezca una oportunidad\/strong>, como ha hecho la empresa MJ Agroasesores. \/p>\n
