Cerca de 1.300.000 personas pierden la vida al a\u00f1o en la carretera y 50 millones resultan heridas, seg\u00fan datos de la Organizaci\u00f3n Mundial de la Salud y el Banco Mundial.\u00a0Por ello, todos debemos saber c\u00f3mo reaccionar ante un accidente\/strong>.\/p>\n

Desde\u00a0Fundaci\u00f3n MAPFRE\/strong>\u00a0estamos convencidos de que se puede alcanzar el\u00a0Objetivo Cero\/strong>, pero para ello necesitamos el compromiso de todos. Para lograrlo, estamos trabajando en los principales\u00a0factores de riesgo\/strong>\u00a0como el binomio alcohol y conducci\u00f3n, la velocidad excesiva, la conducci\u00f3n bajo los efectos de las drogas, las distracciones o el no utilizar elementos claves de seguridad como el cintur\u00f3n, sistemas de retenci\u00f3n infantil o el casco.\/p>\n

Una atenci\u00f3n r\u00e1pida y eficaz puede salvar vidas. En caso de accidente pon en pr\u00e1ctica la conducta\u00a0PAS\/strong>: Primero\u00a0P\/strong>roteger, segundo\u00a0A\/strong>visar\u00a0y\/strong>\u00a0tercero\u00a0S\/strong>ocorrer. Te contamos en qu\u00e9 consiste:\/p>\n

• Proteger\/strong>: protegernos a nosotros y a la v\u00edctima. Cuando nos encontramos con un accidente, debemos garantizar que no se produzca otro nuevo. Si el accidente es de tr\u00e1fico, debemos\u00a0aparcar nuestro coche en un lugar seguro\/strong>, ponernos el\u00a0chaleco reflectante\/strong>\u00a0y se\u00f1alizar el accidente colocando los\u00a0tri\u00e1ngulos\/strong>. Deben situarse\u00a0a 50 metros de distancia para que sean visibles a 100 metros\/strong>. Si la v\u00eda es de un solo sentido, se pueden utilizar los dos tri\u00e1ngulos para avisar con mayor antelaci\u00f3n en el mismo carril. Si por el contrario es de ambos sentidos, debemos colocarlos para que sean visibles a ambos lados. Tambi\u00e9n se recomienda apagar el contacto del veh\u00edculo siniestrado.\/li>\n
• Avisar\/strong>: es importante que los posibles heridos reciban atenci\u00f3n especializada lo antes posible. Para ello debemos\u00a0llamar al 112 solicitando ayuda\/strong>\u00a0y procurando dar\u00a0el mayor n\u00famero de informaci\u00f3n posible\/strong>: localizaci\u00f3n del accidente, n\u00famero de veh\u00edculos involucrados y heridos, as\u00ed como su estado (si est\u00e1n inconscientes, con heridas visibles\u2026).\/li>\n
• Socorrer\/strong>: debemos ayudar\u00a0en la medida de nuestras posibilidades\/strong>, siempre siguiendo las\u00a0indicaciones del 112\/strong>. Es muy importante saber que\u00a0no se debe quitar el casco a un motorista o a un ciclista\/strong>. Ante un momento como \u00e9ste, hay que\u00a0permanecer al lado de los heridos\/strong>.\/li>\n\/ul>\n

  As\u00ed, conseguiremos salvar muchas vidas. El\u00a0Objetivo Cero\/strong>\u00a0v\u00edctimas en accidentes est\u00e1 m\u00e1s cerca. \u00a1Ay\u00fadanos a conseguir que a\u00f1o tras a\u00f1o el n\u00famero de fallecidos y heridos siga bajando hasta llegar a cero!\/p>\n
