Fundaci\u00f3n MAPFRE ha recibido el galard\u00f3n en la categor\u00eda de Tercer Sector\/strong>\/Instituci\u00f3n Educativa por su proyecto social de empleo.\/p>\n
El premio reconoce la labor de empresas y entidades del tercer sector que crean oportunidades laborales para j\u00f3venes desempleados en nuestro pa\u00eds\/strong>.\/p>\n
El\u00a0\/span>Proyecto Social del Empleo\/strong>\u00a0\/span>de Fundaci\u00f3n MAPFRE \u00a0est\u00e1 formado por las iniciativas Juntos Somos Capaces y\u00a0\/span>Accedemos\/a>. La primera, se centra en favorecer la inserci\u00f3n laboral de personas con discapacidad intelectual o alguna enfermedad mental, y s\u00f3lo en 2016, ha hecho posible que m\u00e1s de 430 personas hayan accedido por primera vez a un puesto de trabajo. Por su parte, \u201cAccedemos\u201d fomenta el empleo apoyando a PYMES, aut\u00f3nomos y entidades sociales que necesitan reforzar su equipo. Adem\u00e1s, tiene una l\u00ednea de acci\u00f3n que contribuye a la incorporaci\u00f3n al mercado laboral de j\u00f3venes en paro.\/p>\n
Este reconocimiento pone de manifiesto nuestros valores\/strong>: creemos en impulsar y hacer accesible el empleo, creemos en mejorar la relaci\u00f3n entre las empresas, y el valor de este tipo de iniciativas, algo que redundar\u00e1 en una mejora de la competitividad y en el desarrollo econ\u00f3mico y social.\/p>\n
Entre los factores que ha tenido en cuenta el jurado a la hora de tomar la decisi\u00f3n se encuentran el impacto que han tenido los proyectos, su consistencia y permanencia en el tiempo, su car\u00e1cter innovador y su alcance\/strong>. El jurado ha estado compuesto por 10 reputados expertos, como \u00c1ngel de Miguel Casas, Presidente del Consejo Escolar del Estado; Rosal\u00eda Serrano, Directora General de FP del Ministerio de Educaci\u00f3n, Cultura y Deporte; y grandes profesionales del mundo de la empresa y del \u00e1mbito social y fundacional\/p>\n
Este reconocimiento no deja de ser un incentivo para seguir apostando por el fomento del empleo, y el talento joven: uno de los grandes retos que deben ser atendidos en nuestra sociedad y que Fundaci\u00f3n MAPFRE tiene entre sus prioridades.\u00a0\/span>Por un modelo de sociedad m\u00e1s sostenible y competitiva\/strong>.\/p>\n
