The Image Cities project by Russian-American photographer Anastasia Samoylova was the winning entry in the first edition of the KBr Photo Award, launched by Fundación MAPFRE in 2021.
This catalog collects her exhaustive and conscientious work carried out in multiple locations that studies the integration of photography and image in the urban environment, a phenomenon that is becoming increasingly present. The project, which began in Moscow and New York in 2021, was completed in other cities such as Amsterdam, Paris, London, Brussels, Tokyo, Madrid and Barcelona thanks to this award.
