Challenges and Opportunities in Rural Spain: Extremadura

Fundación MAPFRE is committed to the rural environment as a space for opportunities and is organizing this meeting in which representatives of public authorities, the private sector, rural Extremadura and its most vulnerable inhabitants will provide the keys to promoting the development of innovative solutions adapted to the environment based on two fundamental factors:

• Talent retention and attraction and the promotion of entrepreneurship.
• Living in the Community. Independent living and support plans.

• 10:50 am – Institutional Opening. Ms. Elena de Borbón, Director of Social Projects at Fundación MAPFRE.
• 10:55 am – Round table on improving access to health and social services and long-term care.
