Fundación MAPFRE is committed to the rural environment as a space for opportunities and is organizing this meeting in which representatives of public administrations, the private sector, rural Valencia and its most vulnerable inhabitants will provide the keys to promoting the development of innovative solutions adapted to the environment based on two fundamental factors:
- Rural women and entrepreneurship.
- Improving quality of life through sport.

- 10:30 am – Welcome Mr. Ricardo Garzó Montagud – representative of Fundación MAPFRE in the Community of Valencia.
- 10:40 am – Institutional Opening Mr. Carlos Mazón, President of the Valencian Regional Government.
- 10:50 am – Round table on improving access to health and social services and long-term care.
Focus: Improving the quality of life of vulnerable groups through sport.- The public sector perspective. – Ms. Begoña Comendador Jiménez, Regional Secretary for Health. Ministry of Health, Valencian Regional Government.
- The private sector perspective. – Mr. José Luis Herreros Saiz, President of the Official College of Physical Education Graduates of the Community of Valencia.
- The third sector perspective. – Ms. Marian Ferrús Pérez, president of Plena Inclusión Comunitat Valenciana.
- The perspective of vulnerable groups. – Ms. Marina Conesa, personal trainer at Fundació Mira’m and autism sufferer.
Moderator: Mr. Manuel Tortajada, economic and financial journalist (Antena 3 and Radio Intereconomía).
- 11:50 am – Round table on social and workplace inclusion in rural areas. New sources and opportunities.
Focus: Rural women and entrepreneurship.

- The private sector perspective. – Ms. Nuria Conill, Purchasing Manager at Serifruit.
- The third sector perspective. – Ms. Amparo Mora, President of AFAMMER in the Community of Valencia.
- The perspective of representatives of the rural sphere. – Mr. Vicente José Mompó Aledo, Mayor of Gavarda and President of the Valencian Provincial Council.
