Fundación MAPFRE is committed to the rural environment as a space for opportunities, and is organizing this meeting in which representatives of public administrations, the private sector and the most vulnerable groups in the rural environment of Castile and León will provide the keys to promoting the development of innovative solutions adapted to the environment through two fundamental factors:
- Independent living. Promoting self-reliance and well-being in the home.
- Settlement strategies for returnees and migrants.

- Institutional Opening – Ms. Isabel Blanco Llamas, Vice-president of the Castile and Leon Regional Government and Councilor for Family and Equal Opportunities.
- Mr. José Mª Romero Lora, Representative of Fundación MAPFRE at Centro.
- Ms. Mª Dolores Moya Serrano, director of Social Funds at Fundación MAPFRE.

- The private sector perspective. – Mr. Jorge Saínz, President of Lares Castile and León.
- The perspective of the representatives of vulnerable groups. – Ms. Teresa Villanueva Delgado, responsible for the Elderly and Aging Program at Cáritas Española.
