Ingredients and preparation
- 250 g queso fresco (unripened cheese)
- 300 ml of single cream
- 1 pineapple
- 50 g sugar
- Lemon
- Brown sugar
- Cut the pineapple into sticks about 4 cm long, dip in the brown sugar and griddle.
- Put the cream, cheese, sugar and a little lemon in a mixing bowl. Blend everything and set aside.
Finishing and presentation
- Serve the caramelized pineapple with the queso fresco mousse.
