ARCOmadrid is one of the world’s biggest contemporary art fairs and attracts art galleries and collectors from across the globe.
This year, exceptionally, the fair is opening from July 7 to 9 to adapt to the new requirements enforced by the pandemic. Despite the reduced visitor numbers, ARCOmadrid 2021 will be welcoming some major Spanish and international collectors along with 130 art galleries from 26 countries.
ARCO rounds off Madrid’s cultural offer and further strengthens its unfaltering, vibrant pulse. Once again this year, Fundación MAPFRE is determined to support this great week dedicated to contemporary art by extending the opening hours of our exhibitions. Thus the evocation of poetry in Miró Poema and the powerful aesthetic of Bill Brandt’s photography can be seen in our Sala Recoletos until 10pm next Friday, July 9.
