Description
The screens, the portraits, the nudes and the monuments: Friedlander transforms what he sees into subjects worthy of being studied. Without too much noise he presents a fragment of reality and creates a new alphabet of signs and metaphors. He demands we make an effort. He does not make it easy for us, that was never the intention.
Fifteen photographs on gelatin-silver print presented in a portfolio box 48/75.
Each photograph signed and numbered on the recto in pencil.
